The heat from the light promotes sweating and increased circulation which helps the body to release toxins, reduce pain, and decrease any inflammation.

How long does each session take and what is involved?

Sessions are up to 40 minutes. We allow for a 5 minute shower after each session.

The infrared sauna is heated to between 45-60 degrees Celsius.

Our treatment rooms have space to undress and to leave your belongings.

It’s a private room. There is a shower in the room with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room.
