Infrared Sauna

What is Infrared Sauna?

An Infrared Sauna emits electromagnetic radiation wavelengths, invisible to the human eye, which are absorbed by the skin, heating the body from the inside-out. This powerfully restorative treatment detoxifies the body, healing and nourishing as toxins are released through sweat. Circulation is improved, removing blockages and helping to reduce pain and inflammation, creating a healthy flow and deep connectivity between the various systems of the body.

Infrared saunas are therapeutic because of infrared quality, not due to heat.

How long does each session take and what is involved?

Sessions are up to 40 minutes. We allow for a 5 minute shower after each session.

The infrared sauna is heated to between 45-60 degrees Celsius.

Our treatment rooms have space to undress and to leave your belongings.

It’s a private room. There is a shower in the room with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room.
